Model M (approximately 1,771 to over 2,100 sq ft) is one of our open ranch plans that offers an expandable second floor. This model boasts many beautiful features such as granite countertops with a center island, ceramic tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has two walk in closets and a master bath. Need more space? The Model M offers additional options such as, stairs to the second floor for storage, a bonus room, fourth bedroom and another full bath.
