Sasser Construction now has 15 new home sales in the north Suffolk and Isle of Wight County region- 7 new homes are underway in The Reserve at Cedar Point, and six more custom homes in three other neighborhoods – Governor’s Pointe (2), Parkside at Bennett’s Creek (2 ), and Founders Pointe (2). Sasser is also building two others on privately owned lots in Suffolk.

The Reserve at Cedar Point, a new 70 homesite neighborhood which opened last summer, now has twenty-five new homes under construction. Sasser has recently designed eight new custom homes for waterfront lots, and has two new homes sold on Lots 3 and 70 on the interior. Construction is underway on a new ranch style home on Lot 7 Serenity Cove- The Reserve at Cedar Point.
