Sasser Construction has just begun construction on the first two custom homes in The Reserve at Cedar Point- a waterfront community overlooking the Nansemond and James Rivers and is centrally located in northern Suffolk. Sasser is one of the Featured Builders in The Reserve at Cedar Point which features 70 single family homesites.
Sasser has selected 12 lots, with the ability to select more for potential customers in this new community.
