Here’s your first look at 2 new communities we are developing in North Suffolk and Western Branch!
The Landings at Bennett’s Creek
If you’ve driven across the Bennett’s Creek Bridge lately you’ve probably noticed quite a bit of activity on the banks of the creek where the Bennett’s Creek Marina used to sit. Restaurateurs and developers Teresa and Brian Mullins, who run the Vintage Tavern at Governor’s Pointe and River Stone Chophouse, are well under way in bringing the former site back to life.
In the works are a new two-story restaurant with a casual, watermen’s vibe, 55 boat slips, and 22 new homes. We’re excited to be constructing many of the new homes, which are intended for the 55-and-older crowd.
More on the development and restaurant, appropriately named Decoys, at The Virginian Pilot.
